Project Management at McManus Construction  provides  single source project coordination and responsibility. Our team   includes qualified staff, subcontractors and reliable suppliers. Project Managers work with clients on   all phases of the project including: Design Review & Value Engineering, Planning & Scheduling, Represent or Assist Owner In Selection of Subcontractors, Schedule and Respond to all Municipal Inspections, Oversee Staff, Manage RFI and Construction Design Changes, Manage Project from inception to Certificate of Occupancy.
