About Us

Larry McManus, our Managing Member, has been in the commercial contracting business for over 50 years and been a Project Manager for 40 years. He has successfully developed projects from fuel stations to high end restaurants.  His seat on the Arizona Restaurant Association State Board places him in the hub of new and innovative ideas.  His awards include Contractor of the year in 2003 and Arizona Restaurant Association Member of the year in 2007.

 Richard Maifert, our Construction Manager, is a highly organized Project Manager with 50 years experience.  He started as a framer quickly working his way to supervisory position.  He has studied with William Frank Weaver, architect, and has been project manager, and an estimator. Rick has completed  projects of all sizes. He is a draftsman, and is well versed in plan details. He has established a reputation with building inspectors for excellent follow through and with project owners for improving the productivity and morale of construction crews. He has maintained an excellent OSHA record for safety.
